CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a $100 deposit to secure your colour and keratin appointments.

This is required at the time of booking and is redeemed on the day of your appointment or forfeited if our cancellation policy is breeched.

We require 48 hours notice of a cancelled appointment.  24 – 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cost of your appointment and less than 24 hours or a no show will incur a 100% charge. The late cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.

We appreciate this deposit is valuable to you and we hope you understand your appointment time and also notice given to cancel or reschedule is valuable to us.

Booking an appointment with us at The Tone Bar is an acknowledgement of these conditions.
