CANCELLATION POLICY

With our new system in place you are asked in a text message from FRESHA to confirm your appointment.

Please follow the link to securely store your card details, this in turn secures your appointment. Your appointment is not secure until this is done. There is no fee unless you default on our policy.

You are made aware of our strict cancellation policy while securing your card details.

If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment you are charged 50% the cost.
If you are a no show it is 100% charge.

Booking an appointment is an agreement of these terms.
